Terms & Conditions
We accept payments by Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Debit Cards or Cheque. All cheques should be made payable to Enjoy! Catering for you Ltd.
a)An account will be set up in the Company name on receipt of the initial order.
(We would normally request a full payment in advance of delivery for brand new customers.)
b)An invoice will be produced the week following delivery of the buffet.
c)Our payment terms are strictly 31 days net unless agreed in advance.
d)A 10% surcharge will be issued to the Company should any payments remain outstanding after the agreed payment terms.
Private Function Payments
a)A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is payable one month in advance of the event date.
b)The remaining 50% is payable either on delivery or the day prior to the event and will be agreed between both parties during the initial discussions.
a) We would request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date.
b) We operate a minimum order requirement of between 4-10 people depending on the chosen menu.
c) A delivery charge may apply in certain circumstances and you will be advised of this at the time of ordering, if it is applicable.
a) We would request as much notice as is possible prior to the event date.
a) We would request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date for any cancellations to avoid being charged in full. Booking can be cancelled by telephone or email.
BREAKAGES & LOST ITEMS
a) We will collect all equipment following the event. Please do not dispose of any equipment unless requested to do so as all of it is reusable. (All breakages and losses will be charged at the original purchase/hire price, proof of which will be provided upon request)
a) In some rare cases it may be necessary for us to replace certain food items with a substitute of equal standing.
a) We would kindly advise that we cannot guarantee any of our food products to be allergen free as our Suppliers don’t. We will of course source alternative products to accommodate the requested allergen requirements but because we have all foods on site there is always a minimal risk of cross contamination. Therefore, and in line with ‘The Food Information to Consumers Regulation’ that became law on the 13th December 2014, our Company Statement is to advise that any guest with an allergy bring their own lunch if the allergy is serious. We will also kindly request a return email to confirm that the delegate has been made aware of and accepted the Company Statement and also confirmation as to their requiring OR NOT requiring lunch and that should they decide to have a lunch provided by Enjoy! Catering for you Ltd that they are absolutely aware of and accept the possible risks.
a) All prices quoted on this website are excluding VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
